PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Electrolytic tinplate (ETP) is a thin low-carbon steel sheet coated with pure tin via electrolytic process, combining excellent formability, corrosion resistance, food safety and metallic appearance. Our tinplate complies with international standards including JIS G3303, EN 10202, ASTM A624 and food contact regulations such as FDA and EU 1935/2004.
We provide thicknesses from 0.115mm to 0.50mm and widths from 600mm to 1050mm, with customizable tin coating, temper grades and surface treatments to meet can making, packaging and industrial production demands.

PRODUCT PACKAGING
Our electrolytic tinplate sheets are carefully packed with export-standard seaworthy packaging to guarantee intact delivery during long-distance transportation.
Each tinplate sheet is separated by anti-scratch and anti-moisture interleaving paper to avoid surface damage and rust. The whole stack is wrapped with waterproof film, reinforced with edge protectors and steel strapping, then secured on fumigated wooden pallets for safe loading and easy handling.
All packaging is dust-proof and rust-resistant, and can be customized according to your labeling and loading requirements. Stable packaging effectively reduces transportation risks and ensures your tinplate arrives in perfect condition for direct production.
